Frida Fossland is a Project Manager at Region Västerbotten with expertise in skill supply and business development. Her current main focus is The North Sweden Green Deal project. The project focuses on the social transformation taking place thanks to all the green industry investments in northern Sweden. The major investments, are beyond anything that has been seen before. In order to succeed with the social transformation, we will require a much larger workforce than currently exists in the North of Sweden.
