Ella Jonsson is the Innovation Manager for the North Sweden Green Deal, within the work package Attraction at the Swedish Lapland Visitors Board. She is passionate about spreading insight and knowledge about effective design thinking-methods to meet the green transition in Norrbotten County. Right now, the county’s 14 municipalities are gathering in a giant co-lab with the aim of finding new ways to a fossil-free future. Several parallel innovation processes are up and running: prototypes, pilots and recurring user tests, focusing on recipient capacity and attractiveness, giving us new insights and solutions daily.
