Ewa Hansson

Ewa Hansson is the Global Head of Learning & Development, enabling business and strategy execution. Connecting critical skills, she works with Ericsson’s strategy and the business financial planning process, and systematically shift skills in a transparent, measurable and scalable way. Ewa leads the development of experiential learning solutions for up/re/cross skilling within cutting edge technology areas, such as digitalization, technology leadership and AI/machine learning. Being a senior leader for last 15 years, her main thesis is to use insights and interventions through a systemic approach and circularity and reflexivity. Ewa enjoys a challenge and seeks opportunities in life – the future belongs to those who learn!
