Linda Schön Doroci is the Business Area Director of Direct Services at the Swedish Public Employment Service. Focusing on long-term competence supply & lifelong learning together with everyone in the ecosystem for customer and societal benefit. The business area digitises customer operations based on the business and the customer value to effectively prevent long-term unemployment. As a leader Linda is driven by development and being at the forefront to create benefits for the customers. This may mean that we must challenge how we view the role of public agencies and how we solve challenges together with others. We aim to put a little punk in public Sweden.
